Navigating Financial Reset: Rebuilding after a Breakup

In this episode my brave client shares her journey of pressing the hard reset button on her life after a significant breakup.
My client faced a major life transition in December when she ended a six-year relationship with her partner, who was also her colleague. The sudden change left her with little time to think about her financial situation and plans.
The breakup resulted in the depletion of all her savings, and she's now navigating financial matters with her ex-partner. She finds herself asking, "How do I organize myself again?"
We explore strategies for setting new financial goals and creating a balanced approach to both saving and spending. I guide her on setting up a savings plan, no matter how small, to lay the foundation for a brighter financial future. I also coach on how she can ease back into saving and tracking her spending to gain control and make informed decisions.
