Show Notes

Kathleen Metcalf gets vulnerable and talks about the things that we just don't want to discuss in the world of money. On her path to financial freedom she faced many obstacles, an alcoholic father who shaped the way she viewed money, developing a relationship with debt, navigating the responsibilities of money, and how she found financial recovery.

Kathleen shares her story and really embodies the idea, "I learned when I had nothing, that I am someone". She offers us her insight and perspective on financial recovery and how to negotiate a more financially free life for yourself.

She is now running a coaching business where she supports, guides and mentors entrepreneurs and business owners to overcome professional and personal obstacles so that they can be the leaders, managers, and team members that they WANT to be.

In this episode, we talk about:
- Overcoming harmful relationships with money management
- Vision or pain as a motivator
- What wealth really means

and so much more!
